Gussie Richardson, famous food author has been offered her own TV show. Her husband Walter is against it, and she discovers she has stage fright. Everyone tries to help her get over it...Walter with hypnotism, Bernie, her agent with threats; and wacky gypsy Carmen from next door with spells. Cookin' With Gus brings together four unlikely characters in a stew of hijinks, hilarity, and a great evening for the audience.
